Born in Tampa, FL but relocated to SC at 3 months old and proud to be a South Carolinian! I spent my first 18 years in Columbia, SC and have spent the last 10 years here in the Upstate. My junior year at Clemson University, I took an interest in real estate and decided to get my real estate license along with some fellow members of the Real Estate Club. Got my feet wet in the industry helping individuals buy and sell their homes in the Oconee and Pickens County market. After graduating I knew this was something I wanted to get involved with on my own but wanted to continue learning and stepped into commercial and multi-family property management. Since then, I've gathered experience with the nuances and the day-to-day operations of apartment communities ranging from 120-320 units and commercial property including strip malls, industrial buildings, office buildings, and retail properties. I've also bought and sold smaller multi-family real estate myself, so I know what to look for as an investor. If you are a seasoned investor or looking to get started with your first property whether that be a duplex you want to house hack, a value-add project, or bigger multi-family, I'd love to help!
