JR Blehm brings a special talent to the practice of real estate with his background of 34 years in the field of residential and commercial interior design. His degree in horticulture gives him special knowledge of exterior landscape design. He has been a project manager for newly built homes and commercial buildings, and has been in charge of many building redesigns. In addition, JR has created and installed his own custom window treatments and has an eye for what would complement any new home. His extensive background in the field offers a knowledge of architecture and an understanding of home layouts that will help clients locate their ideal home or bring out the beauty of their current home for prospective buyers to appreciate. JR has been married to Tony Quinones-Blehm for 13 years and they have been proud to call Traverse City their home since 2018.
