My name is Jovanna Figueroa and I am a real estate agent with Century 21 Beggins, proudly serving the Tampa Bay Area. I've had the pleasure of living in the Tampa Bay Area for the past 7 years, having spent most of my life in Miami and Puerto Rico.

After breaking into the industry by heading the permitting department of a major national home builder, I went on to work as a Loan Processor at a Fortune 500 company during the real estate boom of the early 2020s. During my time as a Loan Processor, my responsibilities lay in assisting borrowers in applying for Home Equity Lines of Credit. These two experiences piqued my interest in Real Estate and showed me the satisfaction that can come from helping new and existing homeowners with their Real Estate needs.

My passion, I realized, was to work on the front lines of real estate, supporting both buyers and sellers in their journeys. As a sales agent, I look forward to assisting my clients with their every real estate need and I hope to one day become a broker as well.

When I'm not helping my clients, I enjoy foreign and local tourism. I love discovering local eateries, attractions, and activities. I also like playing card games & board games with family and friends (my favorite is Scrabble!). And on nights when I'd rather stay in and spend time with myself, I like to read memoirs.
