Hi, My name is John. My last name is very ethnic and ALWAYS mispronounced; therefore, my friends just refer to me as "JC". I'm originally from New York. During the early 80's, I helped my parents find a comfortable retirement home here on the warm and beautiful Carolina coast. Since then, I've witnessed firsthand the growth of this area' popularity and infrastructure. I think it has become the most affordable and closest resemblance to paradise that you'll find on the East Coast. Having a life-long background in public and community service, I believe that the highest value one could hold in life is the desire to help others achieve their goals and reach self-fulfillment.
