My wife Shawna and I moved to McCall from Bend, Or. in 2004 to start a property management company, mccallcabins.com. Our love for the outdoors, and the desire to start our family in a small town were the primary driving factors. Both of our children were born and raised right here, and we couldn't be happier. In addition to being a property manager I have also volunteered for numerous local non-profit organizations, served as the McCall Area Chamber of Commerce President for 4 years, and am currently the vice-president of the Payette Lakes Ski Club. After a lot of urging from my realtor friends, I finally got my license in 2019 and have been actively working for my clients as both a property manager and realtor ever since. My knowledge of the area, construction standards, location experience and having been inside and managed over 1000 homes in the area gives me a great platform when it comes to buying and selling homes. I graduated from the University of Oregon in 1996 with a degree in Economics, and prior to moving to McCall I was an economic forecaster and manager for a fortune 500 company. My knowledge and experience in evaluating market trends along with my understanding of changing economic conditions has proven to be a great asset when it comes to choosing the right home to buy, or deciding when it is the right time to sell.
