Joanne Kowalczyk has a great passion for people and a vast knowledge of the Williamsburg real estate market. As an agent, Joanne most enjoys making a positive impact on the life of her clients. Since 2005, Joanne has worked in the local real estate industry and she holds a sincere interest in each of her clients. Every buyer or seller deserves an agent's full attention during this important process. That is why Joanne works so hard to make her buyers and sellers feel as if they are her only clients. Joanne has lived in the Williamsburg area since 2003 and is an active member of the community. She volunteers for Walking with Anthony, an organization trying to change the recovery outcome of spinal cord injuries, and with the Michael Davis Foundation, an organization that provides three educational scholarships each year in honor of Michael's legacy. Joanne is married with three daughters and a grandson. In her free time, Joanne enjoys biking, bunco, photography and going to the beach.
