Jerald is an original Floridan. He was raised in Orlando, Florida and at sixteen began working at the local theme parks as an actor and stunt performer. These roles have taken him to Japan and back. One thing that Jerald has learned working at the theme parks is that he is a great listener and communicator. Jerald specializes not only in Florida but Maryland, Washington D.C. and Virginia as well. He also attended Penn Foster University for his certification in property management. Jerald works with investors and just knows how to get the maximum return on investment. In Jerald's free time he is a world traveler, plays amateur baseball, is into weightlifting and is an avid watcher of "Million Dollar Listing New York".
