I am thrilled for the opportunity to introduce myself. I'm James. I'm a Believer, Husband, Father, Real Estate Broker, Basketball Coach, Podcaster and retired procrastinator. I'm a Relentless member of the Century 21 Excel family in Columbia, South Carolina. My background includes 11 years in commercial finance and commercial real estate and 10 years in residential real estate. I bring a wealth of experience in both the commercial and residential real estate that I use to help my clients win when I am formulating strategy, providing advice and negotiating on their behalf. Since 2014, I've assisted clients and customers with every aspect of real estate. Some of these transaction types include, first-time homebuyers, relocation purchases from another state, buying and selling a primary residence, helping investors buying and selling their investment property to buying and selling commercial property and commercial leases.
