My name is Ivan Mitkov and I am a real estate agent with Century 21 List With Beggins. I just joined the industry and specialize in helping clients in the Tampa area buy, sell, invest, and rent their dream homes. I was born in Macedonia and moved to the US at a young age and I am now pursuing my real estate career. As a real estate agent, I am committed to providing my clients with amazing experiences and unique strategies that will help them achieve their real estate dreams. I like having fun and maintaining an understanding and open relationship with my clients. I love guiding clients through the entire process, from start to finish, and helping them make the best decisions.

When I'm not helping clients, I enjoy reading, going on walks, and playing basketball. I just moved to Florida from Chicago over a year ago and love it here. Going to the beach and fishing are two hobbies I have really picked up. I am passionate about real estate and can't wait to help you find your perfect home.
