Hi, my name is Iris Nakamura. My real estate passion started when I was a student at University of California, Davis in 2004. I took a real estate market analysis class at UC Davis and this class changed my life since then. After I graduated from San Francisco State University with an MBA degree, I started my real estate career as an investor in 2010. In ten years, I own a few homes and they are great investments to cumulate personal wealth, perfect for retirement, and great investment for your kids' college fund. I want to use my real estate knowledge and experience, and financial skills to help people who are interest in either buying or selling their first home or their rental properties to build wealth. Real estate is also a great way to diversify your investment portfolio if you have already invested in your 401k or individual stocks.
