Gus first realized that he loved Real Estate with the purchase of his first home in the Chicago West Lawn neighborhood in 2011. He loved Real Estate so much that he became a Licensed Illinois Real Estate Agent in January of 2012 and the rest is history.

As a member of the Team Genesis, Gus and his partners take great pride in helping their Clients meet their Real Estate needs. From purchasing a new home, to selling an existing property the team works with all of their Clients to ensure that they receive the best Customer service in the transaction.

In addition to holding a Managing Brokers License, Gus is also a Licensed Real Estate Instructor. As a Licensed Instructor, Gus prepares his students in the pre-licensing class to sit for the Illinois Real Estate exam as well as helping seasoned Agents with Continuing Education classes.

Gus is active in his Church Community of St. Basil Greek Orthodox Church. He chairs the Open House Chicago tour for the Church that is sponsored by the Chicago Architecture Center every October and sings in the Choir. In the past Gus served as a Chairperson of the Greater Pilsen Economic Development Association. As one of the founding members Gus worked hard with fellow Board Members to help foster the growth of the 18 th Street Business Corridor.
