With over a decade and a half of experience in commercial real estate, Gerald brings a proven record of ​ success and industry expertise. Licensed since 2004, Gerald achieved the prestigious Certified ​ Commercial Investment Member (CCIM) designation in 2013, a mark of distinction held by fewer than ​ 10% of commercial real estate professionals worldwide.

Throughout his career, Gerald facilitated over $15 million in CRE sales, showcasing a dedication to ​ delivering exceptional value to clients. In an effort to expand his expertise Gerald attended ICSC's ​ University of Shopping Centers at the Wharton School of Business, earning a professional certificate that ​ reflects a commitment to staying ahead in the evolving retail and investment landscape.

In addition to brokerage success, Gerald served as a Corporate Real Estate Analyst for Citi Trends, Inc., a ​ national retailer based out of Savannah, GA. This role provided insight into the tenant side of market ​ analysis and lease negotiations further enhancing his ability to navigate complex commercial ​ transactions and deliver tailored solutions.

Gerald answered a call to serve in 2018 and joined the City of Beaufort/ Town of Port Royal Fire ​ Department. He is proud to serve his community as a Lieutenant and Advanced Emergency Medical ​ Technician. He received a lifesaving medal for a water rescue at the downtown waterfront. He utilizes ​ his time touring buildings and doing pre-plans, this enables a better response, but at the same time, he gains firsthand knowledge of the local market.

He is an alumnus of the 2023 Leadership Beaufort Class. A proud father of 2 boys and a husband. When ​ he's not at work he enjoys being on the water boating, fishing or hunting.
