Samia Realty Group is owned and Operated by Gary Samia, Brian Samia and Kristie Morgan. They have spent over 35 years providing the highest level of customer service to hundreds of clients in throughout Southern Maine. Gary Samia possesses a strong entrepreneurial spirit and purchased his first real estate company in 1988. He has been the responsible broker for thousands of real estate transactions ever since. Brian Samia grew up around the real estate industry, hanging with Gary after school on weekend appointments as a child. He started cleaning the office, mowing lawns and installing sign posts as a teenager. Eventually he signed on as a full time real estate agent in 2002. Kristie Morgan has been assisting Brian and Gary for 10 years and recently obtained her real estate license to better serve their clients. Brian, Gary and Kristie all work hard, put their clients' interests first and they understand the importance of each individual real estate transaction to the clients they represent.
