Fifteen years in real estate, 12 of those years as a full time broker is just a piece of my puzzle. Having grown up in Portland Oregon, I also learned to have fun on a family ranch in Izee Oregon which brought me through Central Oregon on hundreds of trips to the ranch. I learned to love the high desert climate and the "cowboy" nature of the area. Along the way I learned to four wheel drive big hills & shoot clay pigeons with a .38! Yes, country is part of my nature and we have a lot of country in Central Oregon! In 2007 I moved here and started in the real estate industry as staff & marketing assistant; I realized that people & properties are truly my dream career, so I earned my Broker license in 2010. It was then that my father's words whispered in my ear 'leave an industry better than when you joined it'. I got involved with the association, serving on COAR committees, and Oregon REALTORS (OR) Professional Development Key committee & chairing it put me on the OR executive board in 2017. This was my pivotal moment: I was hooked on leadership & education! I have been honored to serve on both Board of Directors for 10 years, also served as a Trustee on COARPAC, President for Central Oregon Women's Council of REALTORS. I currently also serve as a Redmond Local Director & Chair of the COAR Education Committee. 2023 is looking like a magical year of opportunity as Designated Principal Broker with Century 21 North Homes Realty! This new path of office leadership with the powerful & amazing brand of C21 & North Homes Realty behind me; I will manage this incredible office and recruit & train brokers to build a culture of C21 quality: my last 15 years has been for "such a time as this" Esther 4:14. Really, my real blessings have been all the people. The acquaintances & clients & affiliates & mentors that have developed into friendships matched with the adventures in real estate have all spoken to my heart & soul. What better way to live your life then by enjoying people and helping to change their lives through their decisions in purchasing or selling property or to join an industry and work to build it better for those that come after us?
