Gacia was born in Jamaica and lives by the famous Jamaican mantra, "No Problem Mon." She was taught not to focus on problems themselves, but on resolutions, and uses this approach in every area of her life.She moved to Jacksonville 5 years ago and recently made the switch from a regulatory role in Banking and Finance to real estate, because of a passion she developed for seeing more people realize their dream of home ownership.
