Licensed Realtor since April, 2005. I've helped many families realize their dreams of home ownership through the buying/selling process. I have diversified experience having worked with buyers/sellers in 12 different MD counties: Baltimore City, Baltimore County, Anne Arundel County, Harford County, Cecil County, Howard County, Carroll County, Prince Georges County, Allegany County Wicomico County, Caroline County, and Worcester County. I have worked with investors, first time buyers, seasoned buyers and sellers. I have been in the market in the frantic period when the market was a seller's market and buyers had a very difficult time getting a house under contract, as well as the period when buyers called the shots and sellers owed more than their houses were worth-and I persevered. I've worked with sellers on houses that were underwater and had to short sale, as well as sellers who had plenty of equity in their homes. I have listed and sold foreclosures. I have worked with properties that had septic and wells, radon, termites, structural issues, basement and water issues, and a host of other issues that had to be resolved.
