Meet Erin Kristbaum, Century 21 The Gene Group's #1 agent.

For the past four consecutive years, Erin has led the firm as top agent, helping both buyers and sellers achieve their real estate goals. Originally from Wisconsin, Erin moved to the Dayton area in 2012 when the U.S. Air Force relocated her family. Loving Dayton and everything the area offers, Erin hoped she could make Dayton her permanent home. She started by flipping houses before launching her real estate career in 2016.

Ready to dive in, Erin says it was an easy decision to join The Gene Group- Dayton's most innovative Real Estate Firm. She began working in an administrative role, allowing her to learn what goes on "behind the scenes" and strengthen her technology skills.

Having a deep understanding of the personal challenges that come with buying, selling, and building new construction has helped Erin connect with her clients. Erin is passionate about getting property sold quickly and for top dollar. The same goes for getting clients the house they want to buy or build in a competitive market. Erin's passion and expertise give her clients the edge they need to win. They describe her as "honest, fast to respond, and professional."

Erin resides in Centerville but services the entire Greater Dayton area and parts of Cincinnati. When she is not helping others buy and sell homes, she enjoys playing ice hockey, water skiing, traveling with her partner, or watching her sons play football or baseball.
