My office, located in Franklin County, focuses on Tims Ford Lake properties and serves clients in Winchester, Decherd, Estill Springs, Huntland, Sewanee, Tullahoma, Manchester, and beyond. I also cover Coffee County, Grundy County, Moore County, and surrounding areas for residential real estate needs. Professional Experience Before founding my company, I spent 11 years as a top-performing leader in real estate sales and management in a neighboring state. Over the past three decades, I served as the Broker of Century 21 Prestige, formerly Century 21 Mid-State Realty LLC, in Winchester, Franklin County, Tennessee. I was also one of three partners in developing Franklin County's first condominium project, which achieved exceptional success. Collaborating with a network of builders, I have helped numerous families design and build their dream homes.
