Ed Boner's roots are on Amelia Island and in the real estate industry as a native-second generation broker with more than 35 years of experience as a broker and nearly 6 decades on Amelia Island. Education includes a BBA from Stetson University. He brings diverse experience, local knowledge and an unusual skillset. Some of his background includes a commercial drone pilot's license, experience in the lending industry as a mortgage loan originator and even a state building contractor's license (inactive). Locally, Ed is deeply involved in the community. He spent time on the Fernandina Beach City Commission with two terms as Mayor, was involved with a number of local boards related to the position. In his personal life, Ed values time with family and friends. He has two sons attending UNF working toward degrees in Computer Science. You can often find him promoting local businesses with a large online community he founded 7 years ago or looking for ways to make the island a better place to live. He is an avid motorcyclist, fitness enthusiast, outdoor enthusiast and drone photographer.
