I began my professional real estate career 20 plus years ago, first in Florida and now Arizona. I remain licensed in both states. While focusing on investment properties for my own personal portfolio, I quickly realized that every property is an investment of 'sorts' and more importantly the process to buy, sell, and invest in real estate 'done right' does not have to be difficult. I have lived in Illinois (born here), New York, Washington DC, Virginia, Maryland, Nevada, Florida, Texas, and Arizona. I returned to Arizona over 10 years ago and reside in Scottsdale with my husband and teen-aged daughter. I have bought, sold, and invested in single family homes in Florida, Nevada, Texas, and Arizona, and have successfully maintained cash flowing investment properties during now 3 major down cycles in real estate. I currently manage several million in private real estate investments. I am a business owner in multiple states, an investor with long term tenants, can place private equity, and have assisted many clients to own, sell and maintain their real estate investments.
