Living permanently on Stuart Lake in the beautiful Battle Lake/Ottertail area has been a lifelong dream come true. This cherished property has been in my family for generations, first owned by my grandparents, then my parents, and now me. Spending summers here growing up gave me a deep love for and understanding of this incredible area. While my education, teaching career, and love of travel took me to many places, my heart always longed to return. Now that I'm back, I bring with me not only my passion for teaching but also over 18 years of experience in real estate-17 of those years proudly with CENTURY 21. I strongly believe that good decisions come from knowledge and understanding. My approach is to empower my clients with the insights they need to make informed choices. Listening to my clients has always been at the heart of what I do, and I guide them through every step of the buying or selling process. As I used to say in my teaching career: "Strive not to be the 'Sage on the Stage,' but rather the 'Guide on the Side.'" That same philosophy drives my real estate career. Beyond real estate, I enjoy a full life with my wife Tammy, our three daughters, and three grandchildren. As a former track and field coach, I hope to get involved with local schools on a volunteer basis to give back to this amazing community.
