She is also the current Board President of the Oakhurst Area Chamber of Commerce, and a Board Member with the Eastern Madera County Foundation, as she loves to be involved with the local community. Debra was also a former Certified Toastmaster, a Certified Ombudsman (protecting seniors at the Long Term Care Facilities and Skilled Nursing Facilities through the Department of Aging), and a Soroptimist volunteer with the Soroptimist of the Sierras; she still helps out in the community as needed

Deb Sprinkel is a Realtor working with Century 21 Ditton Realty in Oakhurst, California, serving the beautiful mountain communities of Madera and Mariposa, as well as Fresno County and the surrounding areas. Oakhurst is nestled in the foothills of the Sierra Nevada mountain range, just south of the entrance to Yosemite National Park. Deb has lived and worked in the mountain community, in different capacities, for over 20 years. She previously resided in the areas of Fresno, Los Angeles, Sacramento, and the Bay Area (to name a few), so understands the mindset and desires of those living in a large metropolis and wanting to relocate to the mountains, or back to the bustling lights of the city. Whether enjoying the various events in the Central Valley, the many hiking trails and scenery in the surrounding mountainous areas, or attending the various neighborhood festivals, restaurants, and wine tasting events, you can usually find Deb involved in any activity that will entail effectively working or having fun with people. Being raised in a large musical family in the Bay Area, communication skills, patience and the ability to listen comes naturally to Deb, and she also loves to entertain. Prior to joining the world of Real Estate, Deb brings her previous experience as a Law Enforcement Officer (CHP), a Human Resources Development Manager, Labor Negotiator, and Investigative skills to Century 21 Ditton Realty. Her success in these areas is a result of her dedicated work ethic, communication and listening skills. While she is a strong negotiator and advocate, she is also compassionate, friendly, humorous, and realizes that trust, competency and the enjoyment and understanding of people and their wants and needs are extremely important, especially as they embark on buying or selling their biggest asset; Real Estate. Deb loves to work with her husband, Dave, who is also a Century 21 Realtor with many years of experience in commercial and residential real estate. On a side note; they both have a passion for music, and are considered "The Singing Realtors!
