With 30 years of experience as a Realtor in the Whittier area, Debby Kelley, has the experience to handle all of your real estate needs and questions. Specializing in working with investors as well as home owners, she is familiar with the problems of handling tenants, vacant properties, and long distance transactions for out-of-town owners. She is familiar with tax and trust consequences and can save her clients money by staying knowledgeable in these vital areas. In her long career, Debby has always been a Top Producer. With repeat business and referrals adding to her own prospecting efforts many people seek out and relay on Debby. In addition, to helping people navigate real estate transactions, Debby has always been active in the community with a devotion to helping people through volunteering with Whittier Meals on Wheels. Debby has been delivering good to shut-ins and other people in need for over 25 years and has served on their board of directors for much of that time even as President and Vice President. In addition to serving the Whittier community with this and other volunteer work Debby also devotes time to serving the Real Estate community by volunteering on the Professional Standards Committee through the Pacific West Board of Realtors. With over 20 years of experience in this capacity, Debby is regularly on arbitration panels which are charged with the responsibility to decide if or when the Realtors code of ethics has been violated. With this responsibility, Debby takes special training to keep up with the rules of providing excellent service.

In 1994, Debby Kelley was voted Realtor of the year by her peers.
