David Jordy is an experienced Realtor with Century 21 Circle and has been serving the Greater Tampa Bay area for 15 years. David is a graduate of Saint Joseph's College in Indiana, where he received his BA in Business Management. While attending Saint Joseph's College, David was the starting quarterback from 1990-1995 and was inducted into his College Sports Hall of Fame for Football in 2010. Born and raised in Lafayette, Indiana, David moved to Tampa, Florida in the summer of 1997. David became a licensed Realtor in Florida in July of 2004 and joined the Greater Tampa Association of Realtors that same year. As a Realtor, David's passion for Real Estate is his ability to understand what is most important to his clients and to make sure they have a great experience while understanding their financial considerations. He's had the pleasure of helping many buyer's and sellers achieve their dreams here in the great State of Florida. Many of his clients have come from outside of the state of Florida helping them to relocate with their job or to help them purchase their vacation home. David has a great deal of experience with new construction home builders and has built many relationships that allows him to give value added options to his clients. His experiences range from helping first-time homebuyers, to those looking to sell their home or with those that want to make Florida the place they want to retire. Whatever your reason is to purchase or to sell a home, David's number one priority is his clients' needs and making sure that they have a great experience. The greatest pleasure David receives in his profession is knowing that his clients were well represented, that they were happy with the entire process and that all their needs were met. David and his wife Melanie have a daughter and three sons. Family is what is most important to David and his wife. Teaching our children to help others and to have integrity are a couple of the most important values we can teach them. David's and Melanie's moto is to "Live Your Dash."
