Darrell "Coach" Palmer is a lifelong resident of Tampa and a licensed real estate agent in the Tampa Bay Area. Having been born and raised in Tampa I know and understand the dynamics of the area including neighborhoods, schools, local businesses, restaurants, and more. If you are buying or selling your home, I will use my 32 years of experience at IBM Corp & AT&T Global Network where I held various roles as a Technical Account Manager / Project Manager / Senior Network Specialist where delivering world class customer service to my clients was customary. I also have a secondary background in the construction field where I held the position as a Construction Project Manager managing projects ranging from 200K to 50M. Having this experience allows me to be well versed in new construction. Which will benefit my clients who are pursuing new construction home buying. Having joined Century 21 Affiliated I'm a part of a leading full service residential real estate brokerage that uses an innovative combination of a comprehensive online presence, premier marketing system, robust proprietary technology, and knowledgeable local agents to offer its clients fast, responsive, and transparent service. My strategy for marketing homes is simple. I research and understand the desired landscape, I understand my client's wants and needs which allows me to coach them and develop a game plan to deliver a winning experience regardless of if you're buying or selling your home. I love the challenge that comes with a real estate transaction and being able to figure out a solution to allow my client to achieve their goals.
