Personal Profile

My name is CICELY (pronounced like the island below Italy) LUIS (pronounced like Lewis). I have lived in the Augusta area most of my life. I grew up as an Army brat, moving around the country and the world until relocating to Augusta as a teenager. I have been a licensed realtor since 1984 and specialize in residential sales - large or small, good or bad condition. A large part of my business consists of marketing bank foreclosures and estate properties. I have first hand knowledge of all phases of home repair and maintenance, which can be very beneficial to both buyers and sellers. Over the years, real estate transactions have become more complex, and the amount of paperwork required as almost tripled. There are so many facets of a sale, from beginning to end, that it is necessary to work with an agent with knowledge and experience.
