My name is Chris Bembenick. I am a proud resident of the Tri City area and I reside in Kingsport TN. I would first love to say that I love the mountains and the beauty this area has to offer. I moved here from the coastline of North Carolina from Wilmington NC. Although I am a born resident of the Carolinas, Tennessee is my home. I decided to do real estate and get into this wonderful field for a career to help people such as yourself. I have worked in the hospitality industry for over 25 years running restaurants, hotels, and coffee shops. I have built many relationships over my years, and I pride myself in making sure that their needs are met and that they get quality service that they will remember for a lifetime. I currently have my license in real estate here in Tennessee and North Carolina, and I am working on obtaining my license for Virginia so that I can better serve my community and be able to offer them over the top results with where they want to live. I am also an active member of multiple chapters of the local Chamber of Commerce, and I am an active member of the Ambassador Program here in Kingsport that specializes in community services and events. After obtaining my bachelor's degree from East Carolina University, I have been driven by taking care of people and their needs. I love the result when they are satisfied with their decision. Being a loving owner of two wonderful dogs, I understand the desire to find that perfect home that suits your whole entire family's needs, including the fur babies.
