About Chad

Chad Weisser is a Realtor-Associate at CENTURY 21 LIST with Beggins and specializes in residential real estate. A Florida native, Chad grew up in West Palm Beach where he lived through junior high and finished his preliminary education in Sarasota on "Siesta Key". He has traveled the world from Europe to SE Asia many times and has lived in San Francisco, LA, San Diego, and NYC. He then moved back to Florida and has been residing in Miami for the last 4 years. After a life of travel, he decided to move to South Tampa to be close to family and build his future here.

He grew up in a Real Estate developer's family "Weisser Development." His grandfather, Jack Weisser, and his father and two uncles bought 2500 acres of land in Lake Placid and 5000 acres in Sebring FL in a two-phase development project called Sun n Lake Estates. They had a vision and bought up all this land in the '70s, building a premier golfing community. Fast forward to 2006-2008 before the real estate crash, Chad, and his father now deceased, were flipping homes, and later in 2017, Chad got his real estate license.

Because of Chad's attention to detail, he has worked as a Personal Assistant to different princes of the Royal Family of Saudi Arabia in LA and NYC. He has also worked for the US government in San Diego where he quickly rose to the rank of Senior Tech where he managed a team of 40 people.

Chad enjoys traveling and photography which is his passion. He loves "landscape and cityscape photography" and travels the world shooting gallery-quality images which he also sells. He has explored vast areas of Europe multiple times and South East Asia twice including Thailand, Cambodia, Vietnam, Singapore, and Bali for 3 months. With his travels, he has been published in 3 books, 3 magazines, and has shown in galleries in NYC and Miami Wynwood. It's Weisser's unique creativity from photography that brings an eye to help stage and make his listings stand out.

Chad holds a degree in computer science and graduated with honors.
