Carter Patterson has a passion for service and a true understanding of the buyers and sellers needs and concerns. Having moved to 6 different states, she understands first-hand how exciting and complicated the moving process can be. She is here to help make your closings run as smoothly as possible. Her passion for excellent customer service and her attention to detail will prove to be the right combination for your next home sale or purchase. Having been born and raised in Richmond, VA Carter attended Virginia Tech University. After graduation, Carter had the unique opportunity to work in a Real Estate office in North Carolina for their Relocation division. Later she moved to Wisconsin, California, Kentucky and finally South Carolina. Although she and her family have moved across the country and back, she is happy to come full circle in her career and to be back in Real Estate once more. Moving to South Carolina was a homecoming for her husband who grew up in the Spartanburg area. The Patterson family is proud to call Spartanburg home and have quickly gotten involved in the community. Being close to both the beach and mountains helps too! In her spare time, Carter enjoys refinishing furniture, reading, biking, going to the beach and watching her kids play sports.
