Carl has over four decades of successful residential real estate investing in the New York Area. He operates a dual prong business that includes owning and managing a rental portfolio that focuses on providing quality housing for lower income families through the Housing Choice Voucher Program (Section 8). Additionally, he has deployed a successful "Fix & Flip model that focuses on the rehabilitation and resale of value-add properties.

As the founder and President of Carl Schiovone & Associates Real Estate Coaching, Inc. for over three decades, Carl provides both one on one and group business coaching focusing on the real estate community. Carl has over a decade of experience as an approved Continuing Education Instructor for New York, New Jersey, and Pennsylvania and works with many real estate boards. His real-life experience engages the audience and is at the core of the success of his popular classes.

He is also the founder and President of East Coast Real Estate Investors Association which is a New York based education and networking organization.
