Brittney Kotunok was born in Lander, WY and raised in Denver. Brittany moved back to Wyoming as a young adult where she met her husband prior to his leaving for basic training in 2005. As a stay-at- home mom initially, this allowed her husband the opportunity to accelerate his career as a UH-60 Blackhawk Pilot for the Army National Guard which he is today. Brittany and her husband have 4 amazing kids together! Their daughters are 17, 13, and 10 and their son is 14. The girls enjoy volleyball, and her son loves football, so the family stays extra busy in the fall! Summer activities will find them camping at the lake, and while they don't have a surf boat, their kids are obsessed with surfing. The kids are hoping that there may be one in the future! Brittany's family loves the snow so In the winter you will find them above 10,000 ft snowmobiling. All four of the kids were on snowmobile trips before their first birthdays.

Brittney and her husband have had residential rentals both in Casper and Laramie, Wyoming. Brittney has always been obsessed with watching the housing market in her area and checking out open houses. In fact, her husband and she would have bets going for how long a house would take to go under contract. (She professes to have a better win- loss record than her husband even though he may not share the same statistical report.) Every house that they have purchased were "fixer-uppers" to varying degrees. She says, "It has been so much fun flipping all these houses together. We even include our kids in the process."

Brittney's passion has always been people, and she firmly believes that customer service is the most important part of any interaction. She enjoys getting to know new people and walking with them as they achieve their real estate goals. Brittney has a heart to help! Brittney says "I know that I have found my true calling in real estate. I don't want to just be another agent. I want to be among the greatest agents. This is why I align myself with people who share the same passion. The people who always strive to do better. I give all my clients 121%."
