Información Personal

Personal Profile

Real estate is like a mosaic. Every property is made up of many complicated inter-connecting parts. Each part is important. But the whole is always greater than the sum of its parts.

The way I see it, every home is greater than the sum of its rooms!

I'm proud to be a member of the Adams and Barnes team of real estate professionals. Backed by the wide range of expertise and experience in this office, I know my clients will be well-served.

Long before I became a Realtor, I realized how crucial it is to have a professional at your side in any complicated transaction - especially when it's about the place you call home. Whether you're buying or selling, looking for a home for your family or to maximize your investment, you want to choose a professional with real life experience, practical knowledge and the discipline to make even difficult situations work out.

My philosophy about buying and selling property has grown over more than 20 years of real estate investing, rehabbing and managing my own investment properties in the San Gabriel Valley.

I have served as a volunteer in various capacities on homeowner associations for over 20 years and am currently the treasurer of an HOA in Monrovia.

The San Gabriel Valley has always been my home. I graduated from Glendora High School in 1978. After receiving a B.A. in Communications from Cal State Fullerton in 1982, I worked briefly as a journalist and later as a partner in a retail business for 33 years. In 2010 I started a web-based company in Monrovia, consulting and re-selling model trains for serious collectors. Yeah! They're out there!

I am a founding board member of the Lacey-Davis Foundation ( www.lacey-davisfoundation.org ), a non-profit organization that works with our counterparts in France to provide research and support for families of World-War II veterans who perished in action and now are being memorialized in Europe.

I am looking forward to sharing my experience and insights with homeowners and those hoping to become homeowners. Let's talk about your ambitions. I'd like to help you put all the parts together!
