As an industry leading business coach, it is my utmost goal to work hand-in-hand, on a personal level, with the agents on my team to help them achieve success! while supporting their clients throughout the real estate process. I am here to share my knowledge and technical skills, build trust, hold them accountable, provide positive reinforcement of ideas, as well as offering quality and timely communication as those are the cornerstones that I believe will propel them in this career. I feel that it is my DUTY to provide these! I spent 27 years faithfully serving this great country in the United States Navy, working on and leading teams of men and women in the betterment of their careers. I am now using those instilled core values of honor, courage, and commitment to empower these professionals to grow their business and provide exceptional customer service.
