Bob's objective is to have a full-time real estate business which operates with the highest level of professional excellence, professionalism, integrity and team work with fellow realtors that have earned respect of clients as well as our community.

He works with only a team of realtors that have a goal of conducting business for clients with the highest level of business practices.

He has years of experience in negotiating business and real estate transactions with various city, county, state, and at the federal levels. Bob has experience in Washington D.C. performing lobby work with members of Congress.

His experience in real estate has been in all price ranges. Bob has negotiated residential transactions as well as commercial property, business opportunities and commercial leases for his clients.

Bob has a reputation of being able to bring clients together to create the best deal possible for both buyer and seller.

Listening to clients with honest and open communication, knowing the market, finding the right asset, then bringing both buyer and sellers together for a mutual and good closing for both sides is Bob's goal.

Community involvement is an on-going part of Bob's life. He and his wife, Helena, have been volunteers and donors for organizations such as the Red Cross, Y.M.C.A.s and Food Banks.

Bob has always found it rewarding and enjoyable to work with young people. One of his proudest accomplishment has been the number of young children he has taught to swim through the Red Cross.

He always welcomes and is available to share his forty years of experience in business investing and real estate with his clients and friends.
