Like many young professionals now streaming back to Central New York, Aristina Wagner realized that her hometown was an ideal place to build a career and raise a family. In 2014, she returned home from Virginia, and launched Bridgeway Commercial Realty, LLC with her father, Thomas Lischak.Aristina's move to Syracuse and involvement with the family business directly contributed to Bridgeway's accelerated growth and recent recognition as a 2019 CoStar™ Power Broker. In 2018, she inspired the launch of Bridgeway's "residential team" - the company's expansion into residential real estate.Aristina's skills align with essential facets of residential real estate: communication, networking and marketing (including social media) as well as expertise in complex financial and legal regulations.
