After attending college for business, April invested in her first home, which she still owns to this day as a rental property. From that start, April has purchased multiple other properties, being personally involved in the rehab, rental and resale of them. She is also a co-owner of a commercial property, which has supported two thriving businesses since 2005.

April's interests and experience in real estate prompted her to obtain her Realtors license in 2016.
