My mission as a Realtor is to help my clients build wealth through real estate transactions so that they can live abundantly and give generously. I became a Realtor because I'm passionate about helping others achieve this financial freedom. As you know, real estate is the best way to build wealth. When coupled with sound financial management, you can not only secure your financial future but also give generously and leave a legacy for your children, grandchildren and other beneficiaries. I bring with me over 10 years of contract drafting, interpretation and negotiating experience as a transactional lawyer (specializing in corporate, banking and securities law) in Seoul, Korea, Hong Kong and Dallas; over 10 years of experience and understanding of the local school districts as tutor and college consultant (I'll get you into USC without the jailtime! LOL); and over 25 years of living and watching growth in the DFW Metroplex. The common thread running through my three careers in law, education/consulting, and real estate is advising.
