Born and raised in New Jersey, Alan Freund spent many years in Pennsylvania with his wife and three sons before relocating to Fernandina Beach in 2015. Co-owning and managing a CPA practice with his wife, Alan has worked extensively with high-wealth clients, many of whom have significant real estate portfolios. This experience, combined with his extensive background in sales and business development, made transitioning into real estate a natural fit.

With over 20 years of expertise in sales, outbound prospecting, and networking, Alan has a proven track record of achieving results. His prior roles in retail sales and sales management have equipped him with a well-rounded business perspective, which he uses to facilitate insightful discussions and drive successful real estate transactions.

Having lived in Fernandina Beach for nearly a decade, Alan has developed an intimate understanding of the local market and a deep appreciation for the area's beauty and growth. His personal experience in selling five of his own homes, where he played a key role in each sale, gives him a unique empathy and perspective for his clients.

When he's not helping clients, Alan enjoys spending time with his wife, adult sons, and their three Shelties. He loves driving along the beach, shark tooth hunting, walking, and is an avid reader of Westerns and thrillers. A fan of classic Western films, Alan brings the same sense of adventure, determination, and commitment to his real estate practice.
