It is not really a secret but it feels that way, private and secure. The grounds have been fully developed. A yard with a fenced pet area has been established and it is wonderful but probably the favorite spot is the back concrete patio. In the summer with the back door open it extends the entertainment area from inside right up to the river. In the shoulder seasons it does well with a fire pit and lounge chairs. In the winter it is the absolute perfect place to sit in the hot tub and stare directly up into the northern lights. Is the wiring installed for a hot tub already? YES
