After 22 years as a multi-million-dollar sales leader and consulting executive at KPMG, EY, and Accenture, Milind brings his powerhouse background and passion to connect with people to real estate.

Milind found that his previous career, along with his avid interest in financial markets, had provided him with an invaluable real estate skill set: a results-driven approach, the ability to manage hundreds of details seamlessly, sensitivity to market nuances, outstanding people skills, and a keen, aesthetic eye for showcasing properties.

For the past 23 years, Milind has lived in Rockaway, where he and his wife raised their two sons, who thrived in the Rockaway Township school system. Milind loves doing business in Morris County, but he's always up for an adventure and happy to hit the road to help his clients anywhere in New Jersey. He knows the state like the back of his hand and is excited to share his expertise with you!

An avid hiker, who has climbed Mt. Kilimanjaro and Mt. Washington four times, Milind is super passionate about hiking and staying fit. When he's not busy showing and speaking with clients about real estate, you might bump into him at one of the great NJ state parks, exploring new trails and enjoying the outdoors!

Among his volunteering efforts, he serves as a board member of impact driven business (specializing in helping small businesses achieve their sustainability goals), and a committee member of the Morris County Indian Association. In the past, he has volunteered at the Franklin Food Bank, taught at a Hindu temple, and coached Soccer at RTSA.
