Born in Puerto Rico, Jorge was raised in the Washington, D.C., Maryland, and Virginia (DMV) area. Since he was young he helped family members with everyday English language tasks, which later grew into a passion for teaching language. He went to school for a Bachelor of Arts in Modern Languages and Linguistics at the University of Maryland Baltimore County (UMBC). Afterward, he went on to obtain a Master of Arts in Teaching English to Speakers of Other Languages at American University (AU). He taught English in Japan for 6 years. He speaks English, Spanish and Japanese. He went on to work with various domestic and international government institutions with their language education needs.

In 2021 he moved to meet the demands of English Language Learners and their families. While working with the community he noticed the need for helping families meet their dreams of home ownership. He strives to educate others on reaching their goals whether it is learning English, financial literacy, or the process of buying a home for the first time.

Furthermore, Jorge moved to Hawaii because of its diverse climate and vibrant traditions. He brought his wife and 2 kids to grow up and learn in an environment full of rich cultures and aloha spirit. Jorge also joined the Century 21 family in Hawaii because it aligns with his values of honesty and how to take care of clients.
