Wicomico Tax Map 17 Grid 10 Parcel 68 with 15.086 acres and Wicomico Tax Map 17 Grid 11 Parcel 64 with 1.626 acres, for a total of of 16.71 acres are being offered for sale. The Wicomico County Assessment records incorrectly show the parcels have 16 and 2 acres respectively, but a recent boundary survey shows the parcels have a total of 16.71 acres.
