"I transferred to Clearwater Valley my freshmen year of high school. This was the best thing I have ever decided to do for my education. Clearwater Valley has opened up so many opportunists through dual credit classes and great supportive teachers. I do wish that there was a way to bring more money into our small school for extra activities such as art and music."

"I had a lot of fun going to this school, but behavior and cell phone issues are not dealt with properly."

"I came to Clearwater Valley in the year of 2013. We are considered a 1A school, therefore my graduating class is around 25 kids. I enjoy being in a small school due to the fact there is more one on one time with the teachers. Every single teacher and staff member at this school are willing to help any student. They are willing to stay after school and before school hours to help anyone with anything. With helping the students they do it with a dedicated and positive attitude. This school has changed my life by all of the life lessons I have been taught. The student body is so welcoming to anyone from anywhere. Clearwater Valley hasn't just changed my life but has helped me discover who i'am today."

"I've been going to CVHS since my sophomore year after I moved over from the Boise area. I absolutely hate going here. I would change schools, but the other closest one doesn't offer band anymore. Some teachers are terrible, and some are better than you'd find in Boise, so it's a hit or miss. 90% of the kids total jerks and most have been here their whole life (maybe that's why). They were welcoming at first, then slowly became nasty. Sports are pressed very heavily, while the band is severely underfunded and the most of the equipment is broken. The lunches are much more expensive ($3.50) than Boise ( about$2.50), and way worse. I'm so glad this is my last year."

"My experience at Clearwater Valley has been a good one overall. Some problems however is the special treatment of certain individuals because of their parent being on the staff. There is difference in punishment based on who you know and that is not a positive. The school in general however is a good place to be and is full of people that are willing to help you in whatever way you can. It was a great place to go to school."
