Century 21 Real Estate LLC is proud to partner with the Hispanic Heritage Foundation to bring the Empowering Latinas Stipend program to Latina entrepreneurs across the United States.




Century 21 Real Estate, in alliance with the Hispanic Heritage Foundation, supports Latina entrepreneurs through the Empowering Latinas Stipend and mentoring program. The Empowering Latinas program will award 121 education stipends to eligible Latinas across the United States. enabling them to obtain their real estate agent license and the opportunity to start a successful business with one of the franchises affiliated with the CENTURY 21® brand.

The 121 awarded education stipends will cover the Real Estate pre-licensing education course by a third-party provider, The CE Shop, or comparable provider.

  • Enrollment for the Real Estate pre-licensing education course with The CE Shop or comparable provider and their respective state exam preparation (see below disclaimer).

State requirements may vary. Courses are not available through The CE Shop in all states. CENTURY 21® brand will supply a list of approved third-party providers. Not available in Iowa.

Any additional costs associated with obtaining a real estate agent license, including but not limited to: application, exam, and the background check are not covered by this stipend award and would be the stipend winner's sole responsibility.

This program will make available networking connections with agents and/or brokers affiliated with the CENTURY 21® brand to potentially receive mentoring as the stipend winners prepare to obtain their licenses. Once they earn their real estate agent license, they may have the opportunity to be affiliated with one of the CENTURY 21® franchises.


  • Must be 18 years of age.
  • Completed High School or GED
  • Be of Hispanic origin
  • Must be a legal resident of the United States.
  • Complete and submit the online educational stipend application. Incomplete applications will not be considered.
  • If selected to move to the second round, they will adhere to deadlines and requirements communicated at that point.

Winners' Commitment

  • Each winner must register for their state-required course within 6 months from the winner's announcement date
  • Each winner will then have 6 months to complete their course from the date of registration
