Yaruska is an Interior Design graduate of The Art Institute of Ft. Lauderdale with a 25+ years career in the Home Building Industry. She started her Home Building career in 2001 with WCI at the prestigious Old Palm Golf Club; a Raymond Floyd Designed golf course. Since then, she has been part of the Build/Design teams for some of largest communities in Palm Beach County such as Alton, Artistry Palm Beach and Cresswind Palm Beach at Westlake.

In 2012 she acquired her Florida real estate licensee for the purpose of investing, this quickly led her down the path of wanting to do it for others. Yaruska has a heart for serving others and volunteering in her community. In 2018 she was a woman of the year nominee for The Leukemia & Lymphoma campaign. Her and the team raised nearly $900,000 towards the cause. She has also been part of the Habitat for Humanity teams and was proudly the lead Designer for the Wounded Warrior Project and Congressman Brian Mast.

Born in Lima, Peru Yaruska came to the US at a young age. She grew up in Lowell, MA, a small city outside of Boston. She has been in Palm Beach well over a decade and considers herself a local. Yaruska is bilingual in Spanish and English, which proves a great benefit to her international clients.
