From Realtor to Developer, from Broker to land acquisitions, from new homes to resale and commercial development, Bill has combined honesty, integrity, and hard work to rise to the Top 1% of Realtors in California, and Nationwide. Bill is very proud of the company which has been #1 in the area, but the most joy comes from the agents that work with him. The office has 125 professional agents. Bill and his family have been proud to call the Temecula Valley their home since 1988. Bill loves this area for its people and the family-friendly atmosphere it has maintained even as it has grown tremendously over the past 30 years. Throughout his career, Bill and his lovely wife, Karlene, have made it a priority to give back to their community through support of youth sports, scholarships, veterans groups, charities that benefit disadvantage children, and numerous Christian mission organizations. When not working, Bill enjoys working on his ranch, and a good BBQ with friends and family. Bill and is wife have four adult children, and 6 grandchildren.
