Three years ago, I decided to move to the beach. Why? The beach is relaxing, fun, exciting, and a destination for many. In addition, I also decided to become a real estate agent. Why? I wanted to bring the passion, joy, and security of the beach and its properties have to offer to others.

As a retired mechanical engineer from the automotive, shipbuilding, and energy industries, I am very good at two things: 1.) Numbers and 2.) Details.
