Nicole Cotton was born and raised in Baltimore, Maryland. Nicole is married and has two children and her adorable Yorkie named Penny. In 2007, Nicole moved to Charlotte, North Carolina. After relocating to Charlotte, she worked for Wells Fargo Bank as a Financial Advisor and Fraud Investigator. After many years in the financial and banking industry, Nicole decided to get her Real Estate License. She finally decided to go back to the industry that she loves.

Nicole attended Lincoln University in Oxford, PA. and later received her real estate license from Superior School of Real Estate. Nicole is a member of the North Carolina Realtor Association. As well as a member of the Neighborhood Assistance Corporation of America.

Nicole has over 20 years of experience in the Real Estate Industry. She has been an investor, landlord, flipped houses, has been involved in new construction and commercial real estate build out. Nicole is well connected, educated in negotiating, marketing, and home staging for many real estate transactions. Nicole is an expert in analyzing the market for buyers and sellers. Nicole has used her negotiating skills to close many real estate deals.

Nicole loves helping people. She is very knowledgeable and dedicated to teaching people about the Real Estate Industry. Nicole's goal as a Realtor is to assist and educate all clients on the process of real estate transactions. The most important value that Nicole stands by is to make sure that she is providing the highest level of customer service to all clients.
