Let me introduce myself, I'm Michael Peabody. I am a native Oregonian. Born at Emmanuel Hospital, Portland Oregon. I grew up in the greater Portland area, I know my city well and the surrounding suburbs.

I am well known for great customer service, consistent communication, strong attention to detail and ensuring a positive experience for all parties in a transaction: buyers, sellers, and cooperating agents. I also have a great following on Facebook. I'm known for my humorous post.

I started my 30 years in the housing industry as a young man. I began my real estate career with The Bill Snyder Co., at the time, one of the cutting edge real estate companies in the Northwest. I have built many houses as a general contractor and sold window products for both local and national manufacturers. The common thread of these successful experiences was an ability to help both the companies and clients have success by educating, advocating and listening.

I chose to team with Century 21 because of its outstanding reputation worldwide. C21 implements cutting-edge technology in every aspect of the buying/selling process. This edge in the marketplace is passed on to our clients and maximizes the selling process for our sellers and allows our buyers to have a distinct advantage over other buyers and many times the first shot at new properties.

I have a heart to help people find their dream home. I love working with seniors as they journey down the path to downsizing their lives. It is a passion to serve and help others as they go through the process of relocating themselves and their families.

I have been married for 43 years, have four married children and four grandchildren. My life is rich.
