Playing 4 years of soccer and a year of basketball at Oregon State University and earning her Masters Degree in Education, Michelle spent several years teaching middle school and coaching at the high school. After having children, Michelle decided it was time to utilize her teaching/coaching background differently and incorporate it into the real estate field.
With Michelle's love for sports and teaching, it's no wonder she views her clients as "teammates," educating and coaching them through all aspects of the buying and/or selling process. Communication and honesty are at the forefront of each client relationship. Michelle works hard to create a "win-win" situation for everyone and believes in this whole heartedly, both professionally and in her personal life as well.
Teaming up with Michelle is her husband Russ White. Russ is a highly regarded Farrier here in Central Oregon and with his extensive knowledge and daily contact on area ranches; he is a huge asset to their real estate team. Russ is at the forefront of the Farm and Ranch division of their business.
Besides working hard in Real Estate, Michelle loves spending time with her two sons. Volunteer coaching and a den leader for her son's Cub Scouts, are just a few of the ways Michelle spends her free time. Michelle loves anything athletic and has dabbled a bit in triathlons, loves to hike, camp, and do anything outdoors with her husband and kids.
